Eligible Competitors
We match prices from reputable online retailers that carry the same product and are based in the United Kingdom.
Like-for-Like
The request must be for the exact same product or a comparable one in brand, size, quantity, and specifications. We reserve the right to determine comparability.
Price Verification
Send us a screenshot or link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price. The price must be currently valid and available to verify.
Limitations and Procedure
What's not eligible
Our price match guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance, closure, or liquidation sales
- Auction or marketplace websites, including third-party sellers
- Prices that are the result of typographical errors or pricing mistakes
How to claim a price match
- 1Contact our customer service team with the product details and the competitor's lower price.
- 2Provide proof of the lower price — a screenshot or link to the competitor's website.
- 3We'll verify the price and check the competitor is eligible.
- 4If approved, we'll send you a discount code or adjust the price directly on our website.
Refunds and Discounts
If a price match is approved, we'll provide a discount code for the difference in price, which you can apply at checkout.
Policy Changes
Wirral Aquatics reserves the right to modify or terminate the price match guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect price match requests made before the policy modification.
This policy is effective as of 18th May 2026 and applies to purchases made from that date onwards.
