What are Live Artemia Brine Shrimp?

Live Artemia Brine Shrimp are 100ml packs of Brine shrimp to be used as live food for all coldwater, tropical and marine fish. Unlike frozen food, live foods are fantastic for encouraging many fish to eat if they are struggling with a whole dry food diet. Which fish eat Brine shrimp?

Live Brine shrimp are a particularly popular feed for tropical and marine fish. Saltwater fish are mostly wild caught and can take a while to get used to taking frozen food or dried food. Most saltwater fish and wild-caught tropical fish are used to surviving on live invertebrates and will find it far easier to eat live Brine shrimp in captivity.

How do I store Brine shrimp?

Brine shrimp will arrive ready to be served and can be simply dumped into your tank during feeding. However, if you don't need to use all of your packs of Brine shrimp at once, you can store them in a small saltwater aquarium (without fish), or a container of heated and aerated saltwater.
